Now Hiring: SORA Licensed Security Officer - Wawa (Orange, NJ)

IronRock Security is currently seeking a professional and dependable Security Officer to work at a busy Wawa location in Orange, New Jersey. If you are alert, customer-service oriented, and take pride in maintaining a safe environment, we encourage you to apply.

Schedule WEEKEND SHIFTS

Saturday & Sunday: 4:45 PM - 11:00 PM and 11pm-5an

Consistent evening hours in a fast-paced retail environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible security presence inside and outside the location
Monitor customer activity and deter theft, loitering, and disturbances
Conduct foot patrols of the store and parking lot
Respond to incidents and contact law enforcement when necessary
Complete detailed and accurate incident reports
Provide excellent customer service while enforcing store policies

Qualifications (New Jersey Requirements):

Valid NJ SORA License (Required)
Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED
Clean criminal background (as required by NJ SORA standards)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
Reliable transportation to Orange, NJ
Prior security or retail/loss prevention experience preferred
