We are seeking a Loan Pricing Supervisor to oversee and support underwriting and pricing decisions for our Small Business Loan portfolio.

Essential responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for loan applications
- Review bank statements and credit profiles to evaluate risk
- Establish pricing structures aligned with risk exposure
- Analyze risk/reward opportunities and improve pricing strategy
- Test and evaluate pricing innovations
- Supervise day-to-day Pricing & Funding operations
- Coach and mentor loan pricing analysts to improve decision-making consistency
- Partner with Pricing Manager to ensure consistent application and improvement of pricing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in underwriting, risk, finance, or analytics
- 1+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of financial analysis and risk modeling
- Familiarity with credit bureaus and risk assessment tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Willingness to travel to Miami for initial training
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Monday–Friday, standard business hours
- On-site position based in Salt Lake City, Utah
