Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled Unity AR/VR Developer to support Meta Oculus headset development, including code changes, enhancements, and bug fixes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Unity, C#, and AR/VR/MR development, with a focus on creating immersive training experiences powered by AI-driven interactions (Copilot Studio, GPTs, and conversational AI).
- This role involves optimizing performance for Oculus and other AR/VR platforms, integrating AI features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance employee training programs through dynamic, interactive, and scalable AR/VR solutions.
- Design, develop, and optimize interactive AR/VR/MR applications using Unity & C#.
- Implement enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimizations for Meta Oculus and other headsets.
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate Copilot Studio, GPT-driven scenarios, and natural language processing (NLP) into training modules.
- Develop dynamic AI-generated training scenarios that adapt to user interactions in real time.
- Integrate AR/VR training modules with HR systems, LMS, and business tools using prebuilt connectors.
- Ensure smooth 3D asset pipelines, working with modeling tools and optimizing for performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oculus SDK, ARKit, ARCore, and spatial computing.
- Proficiency in Unity & C# scripting (3+ years of experience).
- Hands-on experience with Oculus SDK, ARKit, and ARCore.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools (Blender, Maya, etc.) and asset pipelines.
- Strong understanding of spatial computing, mixed reality, and VR performance optimization.
- Experience with AI-driven interactions (Copilot Studio, GPT, NLP) is a plus.
- Ability to work onshore hours (8 AM – 6 PM EST).
- Using AI-generated scenarios to create adaptive, immersive learning experiences.
- Enabling voice & natural language interactions for hands-free training.
- Integrating with HR/LMS systems for real-time progress tracking.
- Improving engagement, scalability, and cost-efficiency over traditional training methods.
- Work on cutting-edge AR/VR & AI-powered training solutions.
- Contribute to data-driven, scalable learning experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional AI & development teams.

- Have a strong portfolio of Unity AR/VR projects (Oculus experience preferred).
- Can troubleshoot & optimize VR applications for smooth performance.
