Job Description
AssemblerFull-Time | $16.00/hr | MondayFriday | 6:00 AM 2:30 PMLocation: Louisville, KY 40223About the RoleWe are looking for a dependable Assembler to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling parts, following detailed instructions, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace. Ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities
- Assemble components and parts according to work instructions or blueprints
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
- Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Meet daily production quotas and communicate issues to supervisors
- Complete basic documentation and follow production processes
- Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to follow directions, diagrams, and measurement tools
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an entire shift
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment

- Occasional overtime based on production needs
