Welcome to Up Closets – where your career can truly reachnew heights.This is a client-facing sales role that involves in-home consultations, where you'll guide homeowners through thedesign process and help bring their dream spaces to life. This is a commission-based position with earnings tieddirectly to your sales performance. Why work with us:

High availability / Flexible schedule (average 4-6 appointments per week)
Pre-qualified leads-no cold calling or door knocking
Paid design training
Professional design software and scheduling software provided
Product samples and sales tools provided
Unlimited earning potential-uncapped commissions

Compensation:

10% commission on gross sales (12% for self-generated clients)
Stipends for sales consultations
Commission-based 1099 contractor position
$55,000.00 - $92,500 per year average (commission-based)

Job Requirements:

2+ years in sales, interior design, or related fields preferred
Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-based income
Strong communicator with client-first mindset
Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
Comfortable meeting clients in their homes
Has reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and state ID

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their storage needs and preferences
Design custom closets and spaces using our software
Provide estimates and proposals for custom closet systems
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate and efficient installation
Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the design and installation process
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Follow company policies and procedures related to design and customer service

Technology Skills:

Google Suite ( Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Sales/scheduling software
Design software experience preferred
Canva and Meta business Suite (a plus)
