Connected Health Care, a leading healthcare staffing firm, is currently seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment near Linn, Kansas. This opportunity is based in a well-supported long-term care (LTC) facility focused on high-quality, resident-centered care.
Position Details
- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)*
- Location: Near Linn, KS*
- Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing*
- Schedule: Night Shift*
- Hours: 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours guaranteed weekly)*
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks (option to extend or convert if desired)*
- Compensation: Up to $1,700 per week

Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting*
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed*
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses*
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams on care plans*
- Assist with wound care, IV therapy (as applicable), and other procedures*
- Maintain accurate documentation per facility standards*
- Support residents and families with compassionate care and communication*
- Ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements
Education & Certification Requirements
- Active LPN license in Kansas (or compact license)*
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program*
- BLS Certification required
- LTC/SNF or geriatric experience preferred*
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
