Job Description

The Upper School Theatre Teacher will teach curricular theatre classes, direct co-curricular plays and musicals after school, sponsor the Drama Club, serve as the Troupe Director of the AACS International Thespian Society Troupe #7256, and perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or their designee.

Candidates should have, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, with demonstrated energy and enthusiasm for teaching students of varying abilities. The ideal candidate will have a teaching endorsement or certificate (e.g., an ACSI certificate) and secondary-level teaching experience.

Candidates must profess faith in Jesus Christ and be actively involved in a local church.
