Qualifications

Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience in inventory management and organizational skills
Ability to train and develop staff effectively
Financial oversight and goal-setting abilities
Previous experience in the hospitality industry
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Education: A degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts is a plus
