Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented medical customer service rep. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of medical customer service experience and will be responsible for collecting and documenting clinical information, communicating with patients, providers, and hospital staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are required. This is a work from home opportunity, and the pay rater is $19.50/hr.
