What Youll Do:

Perform comprehensive evaluations of inpatient and outpatient physical therapy patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with patient and family participation
Document assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately
Collaborate in patient care conferences and departmental meetings
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
Supervise and coordinate physical therapy student and volunteer programs
Support department operations, clinical training, and performance improvement activities
Foster positive relationships with medical staff, patients, and community resources

What You Need:

Valid NM Physical Therapist license
BLS certification from AHA
Relevant clinical experience in physical therapy (preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to various patient needs and clinical settings
