    At Gail’s Homecare, we value our caregivers and employees just as much as we value our clients. We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing homecare team.

    Position Details

    Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - MALEPay Rate:$16.00 per hourSchedule/Shift Hours:12 hours shift per dayStart Date:October 9 or 12, 2026Location:Atlanta, 30309

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.

    • Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care needs.

    • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.

    • Assist with mobility, transfers, and other physical care needs as appropriate.

    • Perform light housekeeping and domestic tasks related to client care.

    • Observe and report changes in the client’s condition or needs.

    • Accurately document client care and progress.

    • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, families, and the care team.

    • Protect each client’s dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

    • Follow all agency policies, care instructions, and applicable regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Active CNA License/Certification

    • Current CPR/BLS certification required

    • High School Diploma or GED required

    • Full-time professional healthcare experience required; 3–5 years preferred.

    • Home healthcare or in-home care experience strongly preferred.

    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

    • Warm, compassionate, and patient personality.

    • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

    • Ability to work closely with supervisors and follow care instructions.

    • Ability to assist with client transfers, mobility, and physical tasks.

    • Willingness to perform personal care, domestic, and housekeeping tasks as requested and appropriate.

    • Commitment to treating clients with dignity, respect, and compassion.

    • Willingness to comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and agency requirements.

    Required Documents

    Applicants must be able to provide:

    • Driver’s License, State-Issued ID, or other valid government-issued identification

    • Active CNA License/Certification

    • Current CPR/BLS Card

    • TB Test Results/Documentation

    • Social Security Card

    • Vaccination/Immunization Record, as applicable

    • Existing Fingerprinting/Background Check
