Radiology Multi-Tech (LMRT/BXMO) – Hialeah, FL
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Temp-to-Perm), Full-TimeSchedule: 4×10s or 3×12s (rotating weekends may apply)Pay Rate: $28/hour
Overview
We are hiring LMRT/BXMO Radiology Multi-Techs to support urgent care centers in Hialeah. This role combines imaging and clinical support responsibilities, ideal for bilingual professionals in a busy, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
Perform limited radiographic exams under Florida LMRT/BXMO license.
Safely operate X-ray equipment and maintain radiation standards.
Handle intake duties: vitals, patient histories, and exam prep.
Collect specimens and assist with lab procedures.
Support providers with documentation and patient care needs.
Provide compassionate, culturally competent care to a diverse population.
Qualifications
Required:
Active Florida LMRT/BXMO license
Current BLS certification
Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Urgent care or outpatient experience
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Compensation & Benefits
$28/hour with weekly contract pay
