Radiology Multi-Tech (LMRT/BXMO) – Miami, FL

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Temp-to-Perm), Full-Time
Schedule: 4×10s or 3×12s (rotating weekends may apply)
Pay Rate: $28/hour

Overview

Join our Miami urgent care network as an LMRT/BXMO Radiology Multi-Tech. This dual-skilled role blends radiographic imaging and medical support in a fast-paced setting. You’ll help deliver exceptional patient care while supporting a pilot program with potential statewide expansion.

Responsibilities

Perform limited radiographic exams (extremities, chest, spine) under Florida LMRT/BXMO license.
Operate X-ray equipment safely, following radiation protection standards.
Assist with patient intake: vitals, histories, and exam prep.
Collect specimens and assist with lab testing.
Support providers with documentation and patient care.
Ensure safety, compassion, and excellent service for every patient.

Qualifications

Required:

Active Florida LMRT/BXMO license
Current BLS certification

Preferred:

Urgent care or outpatient setting experience
Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills

Compensation & Benefits

$28/hour with weekly pay during contract period
Full-time consistent scheduling
Option for permanent employment after contract period
