Associate Veterinarian – Urgent Care

Cross Lanes Veterinary Hospital is excited to welcome an Associate DVM to lead and grow our Urgent Care service within our thriving small animal practice.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys managing same-day appointments, urgent medical cases, and a fast-paced schedule while benefiting from the support and resources of a well-established hospital. You'll have the autonomy to build your urgent care caseload while collaborating with a team of experienced veterinarians and highly trained support staff.

The Opportunity
We're seeking a veterinarian to spearhead our Urgent Care appointments, helping bridge the gap between routine primary care and emergency medicine.
This role is ideal for a doctor who enjoys:
- Urgent and same-day medical cases
- Diagnostics and treatment planning

- Practicing high-quality medicine in a collaborative setting
- Having the support of multiple experienced colleagues when needed
Schedule
- Flexible schedule - to include evening hours and rotating Saturdays

Qualifications
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in West Virginia
- Veterinarians of all experience levels are encouraged to apply
- Interest in urgent care, internal medicine, and same-day case management preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
