This year-round, part-time position offers a great opportunity to work with fresh floral products and make a visible difference in the store environment.As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for maintaining vibrant floral displays, caring for fresh flowers, and ensuring the presentation is always eye-catching. You'll work closely with our team to keep the floral department looking its best, supporting the overall shopping experience.What You'll Do As a Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining attractive floral displays to enhance the stores visual appeal*
- Watering, cleaning, and caring for fresh floral products*
- Completing light paperwork and following planograms to ensure display consistency*
- Lifting, bending, and moving floral products (up to 40 lbs) safely and efficiently*
- Assisting during peak floral seasons and holidays to meet increased demand
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for floral design and presentation*
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently*
- Strong communication and time-management skills*
- Prior floral or merchandising experience is a plus, but were happy to train the right person!*
- Valid drivers license for local travel as needed
