As a PT Floral Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating eye-catching floral displays, maintaining fresh floral products, and ensuring the store environment is inviting and organized. You'll work closely with store management to deliver results that make a difference and bring joy to customers.What You'll Do As a PT Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Merchandising and maintaining fresh floral displays*
• Watering, rotating, and caring for floral products*
• Following planograms and completing light paperwork*
• Building attractive displays that enhance the shopping experience*
• Lifting, moving, and organizing floral products and supplies (up to 40 lbs)

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel*
• Dependability, positivity, and self-motivation*
• Strong organizational and communication skills*
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods*
• Experience in floral or retail merchandising is a plus, but training will be provided

Location & Schedule: This position is on-site in Auburn, Maine, with a schedule that includes weekday shifts and additional hours during major floral holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
