You'll work closely with the laboratory team to uphold quality standards and ensure smooth operations every day.What You'll Do As a Tech Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Performing routine tests and basic quality checks on products to ensure standards are met.
- Setting up laboratory equipment and preparing simple solutions as needed for testing procedures.
- Following established Standard Operating Procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy in testing.
- Keeping the work environment clean, safe, and well-organized to meet safety and quality regulations.
- Tracking and recording test results accurately during quality control processes.
- Supporting overall lab functions and ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Comfort working in a process-driven environment.
- Ability to keep workspaces neat, safe, and organized.
- Willingness to learn and perform hands-on tasks in a laboratory setting.
- Previous experience in a lab, manufacturing, or QC environment is a plus but not required.
