•  • Verifying order information and ensuring printed materials match customer specifications  • Operating mailing and inserting equipment efficiently to meet production goals  • Troubleshooting basic mechanical and printing issues to keep production running smoothly  • Setting up machines and handling product changeovers quickly and accurately  • Prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and production needs  • Maintaining logs of equipment performance and reporting any downtime or issues  • Keeping workspaces clean, organized, and safe  • Supporting handwork, scanning, warehouse, and office projects as needed
