• Valid and active U.S. medical license with current state licensure for New Mexico.
• Proven track record in urological clinics and surgical procedures.
• Excellent clinical judgment and surgical skills.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in patient care.
• Ability to operate independently and handle a caseload efficiently.
• Clean professional history with no prior violations or disciplinary actions.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in locum or temporary assignments.
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and electronic medical records systems.
• Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication.
• Additional certifications in advanced urological procedures.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical practice.
• Prior experience providing clinic and surgical services in a hospital environment.

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start in November or December 2025.
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
• No weekend or on-call responsibilities required.
• Ability to commit to at least one week per month, with two weeks preferred.
• Must have the ability to obtain temporary privileges and comply with all licensure and credentialing requirements.
• Compensation at a competitive rate of $1.00 per hour.
