Job Description

ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a Urologist to provide a combination of clinic and call coverage on a part-time, ongoing locum basis with potential for long-term engagement into 2026 in a facility in MI. The role includes general urology procedures for adult patients only and offers flexibility for candidates interested in full clinic + call coverage or 24-hour call-only shifts. Full travel is covered, and the hospital uses the Epic EMR system.

Coverage Dates (2025):
- Friday, October 24 (5:00 AM) Monday, November 3 (9:00 AM)
- Monday, November 10 (7:00 AM) Friday, November 14 (5:00 PM)
- Monday, November 24 (7:00 AM) Thursday, November 27 (5:00 PM)
- Monday, December 1 (12:00 PM) Friday, December 5 (5:00 PM)
- Monday, December 8 (7:00 AM) Friday, December 19 (5:00 PM)
- Monday, December 22 (7:00 AM) Friday, December 26 (5:00 PM)
Schedule Options:
- Clinic + Call: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM clinic, 5:00 PM 7:00 AM night call
- Call-Only Option: 24-hour call coverage
Future Need: Ongoing into 2026 (TBD); ideally looking for consistent long-term coverage
Patient Demographics: Adults only
Patient Volume: 2 5 patients per day

Job Details / Responsibilities

Setting: Hospital-based urology clinic
Procedures: General urology (robotics highly preferred but not required)
EMR: Epic
Credentialing Timelines:
- Payer Enrollment: days
- Hospital Privileges: days

Required Skills and Qualifications

Board Certification: BC or BE (within 5 years of residency) Required
Licensure: Active Indiana medical license or IMLC Required
Certifications:
- ACLS Required
- CDS (Controlled Dangerous Substances) Required
- DEA Registration with Indiana address Required
Robotics Training: Highly preferred (please specify in submission)
Availability: Must list availability at time of submission Required
