  • Outpatient/Inpatient setting
  • 91 days of call required per physician per year. $792 per call day after 91 days - $513,066 plus excess call plus bonus. RVU = $66.71 - Commencement & retainment bonus

Mason City is a family friendly community of approx. 30k. Our service area encompasses a 14 county area which consists of a patient population of about 250,000. Facility is an independent multi-specialty physician group without primary care. All of our physicians are specialists. Procedures are all done on one campus, at the hospital and at the ASC. There is an investment opportunity at the ASC for physicians performing surgeries there.
