Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in the heart of energy innovation? We are seeking a dynamic Field Supervisor to lead wellbore construction operations in Hobbs, NM. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge geothermal projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee geothermal well construction operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Lead and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
Make real-time operational decisions within the approved well program.
Manage drilling conditions, including hard rock and underbalanced drilling operations.
Track and control wellsite costs, ensuring accurate reporting.
Represent the company to customers and third-party vendors on location.

Requirements

Eight or more years in wellsite drilling supervision or equivalent experience.
Experience drilling in hard rock formations.
Knowledge of casing running, cementing, and wellhead installation.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet motor vehicle record requirements.
Ability to obtain and maintain certifications, including well control and H2S.
Pass medical and fitness-for-duty requirements for remote field work.

Preferences

Direct geothermal well construction experience.
Experience in high-temperature drilling operations.
Experience representing an operator or turnkey contractor.
Directional drilling experience in hard rock.
Familiarity with enterprise reporting and well planning systems.
