Job Description:Title: IT Technical Analyst ILocation: Liberty, MO Shift: 1st Shift Duration: 0-12 Month ( Temp to hire Depending on performance and business needs ) Pay: $40.00/Hour Job Duties:
- Formulate recommendations and implement cost-effective, relevant systems to support business strategies
- Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of supported business areas to determine specific requirements
- Travel to company locations as needed (up to 10%)
- Participate in programming, product development, and support for new and existing systems, interfaces, and processes
- Lead and contribute to IT projects supporting strategic goals and daily operations
- Manage projects through all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Research, evaluate, and recommend effective technical solutions in collaboration with the IT team
- Assist in preparing proposals and recommendations for management and end users
- Provide backup support for other IT functions as needed
- Perform additional duties based on workload and business needs
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of ERP environments
- Working knowledge of RDBMS technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (including Access)
- Ability to develop, document, and implement business systems policies and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creative thinking ability
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Advanced math and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, accuracy, and safety
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- High level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively with peers, management, vendors, and visitors
- Commitment to company goals, policies, and procedures
- Willingness to enforce and follow company standards and manufacturing procedures
