Job Description
Capitol Chevrolet is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing Pre-Owned Vehicle Department. If you're driven by results, love working with people, and want the opportunity to earn a six-figure income, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Our Used Vehicle Department offers a large inventory, strong lead flow, aggressive marketing, and management support designed to help you succeed.

What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle
- Build strong relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Follow up with internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic
- Maintain customer information in the CRM
- Work closely with management to maximize opportunities and profitability
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license required
