- Work a steady flow of fresh ups, internet leads, and repeat customers
- Control the process from greeting to delivery
- Build value, overcome objections, and close deals consistently
- Leverage CRM tools to stay organized and maximize every opportunity
- Develop your own book of business and repeat clientele
✅ What It Takes to Win Here
- Automotive sales experience preferred (used car experience = big advantage)
- A true closer mentality—you know how to ask for the deal
- High urgency, accountability, and competitiveness
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Availability for retail hours (including every other Saturday until 3 PM)
