User Experience Designer

Payrate: $61.50 - $67.00/hr.Summary:As a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer for the Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG Urbandale), you will support projects of moderate and high complexity through the development of User Interaction task flows, wireframes, prototypes through to final production for new and existing products.Responsibilities:

• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions in collaboration with UX Lead related to features and develop user-centered system requirements
• Plan, coordinate, and perform UX interaction design and validation activities for a variety of projects of highly automated systems
• Create and maintain project and overall system design artifacts
• Work closely with engineering and development teams to ensure features are implemented according to specification

Skills:

• Four or more years of experience planning, executing, and analyzing UX design projects
• Four or more years of visual interface design as applied to web and mobile
• Four or more years of experience applying User-Centered Design principles to complex interface problems
• Four or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams, such as: engineering, software development, marketing, and business leaders
• Three or more years of experience communicating research methodology, design concepts, data analysis, and test results to a broad range of stakeholders
• Three or more years of experience with technology and product development processes

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $61.50 - $67.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
