We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Usher will safely and courteously escort venue guests to their seats and will assist with the operation of events. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Greets guests as they enter and exit and assist them in finding their seats

Assists guests with locating exits and amenities such as restrooms and concessions

Assists any ADA guests or any other special needs to and from their seats

Ensures all walkways, aisles and designated seating areas are clean and free of debris

Calmly assists with disputes involving tickets and seats

Assists with guest complaints or concerns and reports to management Monitors events for unruly behavior and reports to management

Watches for safety or security issues and reports to management

Performs other work-related duties as assigned by management

Assist and transport guests as needed around the facility during eventsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be outgoing and able to provide exceptional customer service

Must be able to adhere to a schedule, arrive on time for events and stay for the duration of events

Must be able to successfully complete provided on-the-job training Ability to learn venue layout and operating guidelines

Must be at least 18 years of ageWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Prolonged periods of standing and walking

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Facility has intermitted noise
