  • Assisting with seating directions, event information, and general guest questions*
  • Monitoring assigned areas to help ensure safety, cleanliness, and a great guest experience*
  • Responding to guest concerns, and escalating issues to supervisors when needed*
  • Directing vehicles to appropriate parking areas while managing traffic flow safely
