Job Description

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient utility technician to join our team and ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained. The utility technician will be responsible for cleaning the pits, bathrooms, breakrooms, common areas, power washing and other areas of the facility, as well as performing tasks such as dusting and inventory management. The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is 1:00pm-9:00pm. Tuesday-Saturday off Sunday and Monday.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning vehicle inspection pits.
Power washing.
Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors.
Perform tasks such as dusting, cleaning glass, or cleaning and stocking bathrooms.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate team members.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Other duties assigned.
