📍 Position Summary

Join a hands-on survey team where your work directly contributes to critical infrastructure and development projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals to collect essential field data using advanced Trimble RTK/GPS technology and underground utility locating equipment.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

📡 Collect accurate field data during surveying and utility locating operations
🛰️ Operate Trimble RTK/GPS equipment and underground utility locating tools
✏️ Create clear field sketches documenting completed work
🗺️ Interpret utility maps, construction plans, and as-built drawings
🤝 Work independently or alongside a survey crew to complete projects safely and efficiently

Requirements

✅ What You Bring

🌦️ Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
💪 Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
👥 Comfortable working in a team environment and following verbal instructions
🔎 Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
🚗 Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and eligibility for company insurance
🧪 Willingness to pass a drug screening and background check

📡 Experience with electromagnetic multi-frequency locating tools
🏗️ Previous utility locating or survey field experience
✏️ Strong sketching and field documentation skills
🗺️ Ability to read and interpret utility maps, plans, and construction drawings
🔄 Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
