Job Description
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
May perform Asphalt Repairs including but not limited to Seal Coating, Crack Filing, Striping by preparing vehicles, equipment, material, and supplies fore requirement projects.
May prepare project areas for execution of project requirements to include but not limited to cleaning, landscaping, and roadway safety requirements.
May perform Warehouse operation duties to include but not limited to receiving company inventory, customer deliveries, and warehouse maintenance.
May perform Fleet Maintenance operation duties to include but not limited to delivering and picking up ordered parts, vehicle and equipment maintenance.
May perform Facility Maintenance duties to include but not limited to coordinating repairs with vendors, maintaining company permits, and building enhancements.
May assist G P Roadway Departments with assigned duties.
May assist Grace Pacific Companies with assigned duties.
Promotes awareness of and follows Company and general safety policies.
Exhibits a core understanding of mutual respect and good customer service orientation in interactions with all people in the workplace.
May be required to operate a company vehicle, forklift and other support equipment.
May be required to lift varying weight based on assigned duties/tasks.
Performs other duties as assigned.
PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS
Education High school graduate or equivalent.
Math Good math skills to calculate and maintain proper count of equipment used/rented.
Reading Good reading and writing skills to comprehend and communicate written orders, instructions and technical information related to road closures and/or rentals.
Licenses Valid Hawaii driver's license and favorable traffic abstract, and ability to meet DOT requirements for commercial vehicle drivers.
Other Ability to work flexible hours for a 24/7 operation and in all types of weather conditions.
Preferred or Desirable: be able to pass a background check for security clearances to military facilities.
