Join our team in Eugene, OR, as a Utility Pole Fire Crew member and contribute to essential infrastructure projects supporting utility systems across the West Coast.As a Utility Pole Fire Crew member, you'll be an integral part of the outdoor workforce, performing critical tasks that help safeguard and maintain utility infrastructure. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure project success while gaining valuable experience in outdoor industrial environments.What You'll Do As a Utility Pole Fire Crew, you will be responsible for:
  • Applying fiberglass fire-resistant wrapping materials to utility wood poles*
  • Preparing utility poles using industrial tools and equipment*
  • Supporting production flow, material handling, and yard operations*
  • Maintaining clean and safe outdoor work areas
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • The ability to perform physical labor for full shifts (8+ hours)*
  • Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions*
  • Strong attendance and reliability*
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools*
  • Steel toe boots required*
  • Construction, lumber, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
