What You Will Do:
- Work across production, fabrication, and assembly processes
- Operate a variety of equipment including manual, semi-automated, and CNC machinery
- Move raw materials and finished goods to support production needs
- Stage materials at workstations to keep operations running efficiently
- Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy efforts
- Organize materials to ensure easy access and efficient workflow
- Communicate shortages or discrepancies to the team
- Identify and report defects or issues
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with 5S standards
- Step in where needed to support production goals
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience in cross-functional or multi-process roles is a plus
- Ability to learn and operate different types of equipment
- Strong adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks
- Basic understanding of production processes and material flow
- Ability to follow work instructions and meet quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks
- Able to work in a manufacturing environment with varying conditions
