Job Description
Request ID: 111600-1 Title: UX Designer Location: TX, Charlotte, MN or Atlanta, GA (onsite)Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension. Pay Range: $37-$40/Hour on W2 (All inclusive) We are seeking a UX Designer to shape the experience of our Internal Developer Portal, enabling engineers to Client services, onboard faster, build compliant software, and manage applications throughout their lifecycle. This role combines user-centered design, developer experience (DevEx), and enterprise platform thinking to create intuitive workflows that reduce friction and improve engineering productivity. As a UX Designer, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Platform Owners, and Developer Experience teams to design end-to-end experiences that help developers navigate complex enterprise ecosystems with simplicity and confidence. Essential Skills:" Design intuitive user experiences for developer-facing products, including service catalogs, golden paths, onboarding workflows, documentation experiences, CI/CD pipelines, and platform tooling." Conduct user research, interviews, usability studies, and feedback sessions with developers and engineering teams." Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma." Define and improve information architecture across the developer portal." Develop user journey maps that identify friction points and opportunities for automation." Partner with Product Managers to translate business and developer needs into compelling solutions." Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented with fidelity." Leverage and contribute to enterprise design systems and component libraries." Ensure experiences meet accessibility and responsive design standards." Analyse usage patterns, user feedback, and metrics to continuously improve developer experience Skills: Digital: User Experience (UX) Experience Required: 5-9
