The ideal candidate will have expertise in UX/UI design for enterprise applications, AI-assisted workflows, and digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to create accessible, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces that promote trust, transparency, and adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences for Enterprise AI platforms, including AI agent interaction flows, dashboards, workflow screens, and enterprise applications.
• Conduct user research and collaborate with business stakeholders to understand user needs, pain points, and workflow requirements.
• Create user personas, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, clickable prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Define UX patterns that support AI explainability, transparency, auditability, user control, and responsible AI adoption.
• Design responsive, accessible, and role-based interfaces for enterprise users.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless implementation and design consistency.
• Conduct usability testing, accessibility reviews, and stakeholder validation sessions, incorporating feedback into iterative designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, reusable UI components, style guides, and accessibility standards.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility guidelines and inclusive design best practices.
• Present design concepts and rationale effectively to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of UX/UI design experience for enterprise applications, workflow platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in:

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Experience, Computer Science, or a related field.
