Job Description
Our client is a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology company, and leads the industry in innovation, scale and service.They are now looking to add to their team and hire a " UX designer”. This role will be based out of Atlanta, GA is hybridPosition SummaryWe are seeking a talented and user-focused UX Designer to join our Product and Technology team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, seamless, and accessible digital experiences across web and mobile payment platforms. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders to design solutions that simplify complex financial workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design process from research and discovery to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI handoff
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping
- Translate business requirements and technical constraints into intuitive design solutions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) and usability standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Use data and user feedback to continuously improve product experiences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and problem-solving skills
- Experience designing for web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience working in Agile development environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with design systems at scale

Compensation: $44.00 per hour
