" Design intuitive user experiences for developer-facing products, including service catalogs, golden paths, onboarding workflows, documentation experiences, CI/CD pipelines, and platform tooling. " Conduct user research, interviews, usability studies, and feedback sessions with developers and engineering teams. " Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. " Define and improve information architecture across the developer portal. " Develop user journey maps that identify friction points and opportunities for automation. " Partner with Product Managers to translate business and developer needs into compelling solutions. " Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented with fidelity. " Leverage and contribute to enterprise design systems and component libraries. " Ensure experiences meet accessibility and responsive design standards. " Analyze usage patterns, user feedback, and metrics to continuously improve developer experience.
