Job Description
Duration: 10 Months Contract (with potential extension based on performance and business needs)Schedule: Hybrid (3 days/week Onsite & 2 days remote)Job Description:
- Create production-ready UX designs, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, design specifications, and visual assets.
- Develop solutions that align with established design systems, component libraries, and UX standards, while identifying opportunities to improve and evolve them.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX Research, Content, Marketing, and Data Science teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable user experiences.
- Translate user research findings, behavioral data, product metrics, and market insights into actionable UX and product design solutions.
- Design intuitive and accessible experiences that address real user needs and business objectives.
- Build and maintain interactive prototypes to communicate interaction concepts, validate ideas, and support usability testing.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders across different organizational levels.
- Incorporate feedback from cross-functional partners and drive alignment toward final design decisions.
- Ensure designs are sufficiently detailed and documented for seamless transition from design to engineering and production.
- Contribute to the evolution of UX patterns, design systems, components, and interaction standards.

- 6 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience designing digital products and user interfaces.
- Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, user flows, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping.
- Experience working with design systems, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating production-ready product/UX design work.
- Portfolio, website, or relevant work samples must be included with the application.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong visual design capabilities with attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, and interaction details.
- Expertise in component and design-system architecture.
- Advanced prototyping skills and ability to communicate complex interactions through prototypes.
- Experience incorporating user research, product analytics, and data insights into design decisions.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Content, and Data Science teams.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex design concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to keep multiple partner teams aligned and informed.
- Experience taking products from early concepts through production and launch.
