UX UI Designer

What do we expect from you?
- Minimum experience of 2 years developing Front technology
Hard Skills:
● Extensive knowledge in low, medium and high fidelity prototyping;
● Basic knowledge in Design System;
● Domain of Figma, XD, Miro, Photoshop and Illustrator tools;
● Knowledge of Powerpoint;
● Knowledge in data visualization;
● Knowledge in business discovery.
Differential:
● Video editing and knowledge in After Effects;
● Have prior experience with analytical data visualization;
● Have prior experience with Power Bi, Tableau, Spotfire and others.
Soft Skills:
● Self-management;
● Conflict resolution;
● Flexibility;
● Proactivity.
Responsibilities and Attributions
● Conduct kickoffs and Discovery of projects in the Data Science area;
● Development of prototypes for dashboards in low, medium and high fidelity;
● Development of presentations and internal communication pieces;
● Carry out qualitative and quantitative research;
● Usability tests with users;
● Support in the planning of the unit's events;
● Creation and improvement of internal process flows;
● Creation and conduction of dynamics and new work processes;
