Candidate should have expertise in design systems, accessibility, and enterprise collaboration.Must-Have SkillsEcommerceTransactional UXExperience designing checkout, payment, and transaction flowsFocus on conversion optimization, error reduction, and usabilityDesign SystemsFrameworksHands-on with Microsoft Fluent UIExposure to React / Angular component-based designAccessibilityStrong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standardsExperience designing accessible and inclusive UIDesign ToolsExpert in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, design systems)Exposure to tools like Miro / Adobe Suite is a plusUser ResearchValidationExperience with usability testing, A/B testing, and user researchData-driven design decision makingExperience Required5+ years in UI/UX design (web/mobile)Proven experience delivering user-centered digital productsStrong collaboration with Product ManagersEngineersAbility to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsGood to HaveExperience with enterprise-scale applicationsKnowledge of responsive/adaptive design, localization, and performanceExposure to developer-facing / API-driven productsStrong portfolio showing end-to-end design ownershipNoteShare candidates with relevant ecommerce/payment UX experience onlyPortfolio is mandatoryPrefer profiles with Fluent UI + accessibility experience
