Job Description
Role: UX Designer with Salesforce Location: Washington, DC Duration: 6+ Months Long Term Hybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon. Main skills : " Looking for a hands-on designer. " Interaction designs skills are a must have. " Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). " Visual design, research skills are optional/nice to have. Note: This role is typically focused on making Salesforce applications easy to use for client, Partner and business users. Must Have Skills: " Hands-on interaction design and rapid prototyping skills. Good micro-interaction and detailed scenario-specific mock up creation must have skills. " Ability to understand high-level requirements and clarify detailed requirements as part of an iterative design process. " Experience designing for Salesforce Lightning and familiarity with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). Primary responsibilities: Managing multiple projects from a UX perspective, being responsible for adherence to standards, for the timely and quality delivery of artifacts. Tools: Figma. The more proficient, the better but minimum Figma skills is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
