Job Description
Our Client, a Research, Care and Health Financing company, is looking for an UX Engineer for their Dallas, TX Area (Remote) location.Responsibilities:
- Build & Launch: Develop high-performance, responsive marketing sites and landing pages using Next.js, governed by a robust design system managed in Storybook.
- Component-Driven Dev: Maintain and expand our component library, ensuring UI consistency and reusability across all marketing properties.
- Marketing Ops & Compliance: Own the implementation and health of our marketing tech stack, including GA4, GTM, and OneTrust.
- Also lead experimentation and conversion work using tools like
- Vercel/Web flow Optimize.
- Content Management: Manage and extend our headless CMS (Strapi) to ensure the marketing team can ship content quickly and autonomously.
- AI Tooling: Leverage AI (Cursor, LLM APIs, etc.) to accelerate your workflow, automate repetitive tasks, or build smart features into our web experiences.
- Ship on Vercel: Own the deployment pipeline, ensuring lightning-fast load times and flawless SEO/Analytics implementation.
- Expert-level React and Next.js experience. You know how to build for the web in 2026.
- MarTech Integration: Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, OneTrust, and Webflow/Vercel Optimize.
- You know how to manage the data layer and tracking pixels without compromising site speed.
- Design Chops: You have a "designer’s eye." You understand typography, spacing, and motion, and you’re not afraid to jump into Figma if needed.
- The Stack: Proficient with Strapi (or similar headless CMS) and the Vercel ecosystem.
- AI Savvy: You aren't just curious about AI; you’ve integrated it into your daily dev workflow to ship faster and smarter.
- No Hand-holding: You are a self-starter who can take a rough brief and turn it into a live, polished URL.
- Don't need a formal PDF portfolio.
- However, please provide links to live websites, code or a project you have built and/or designed from the ground up.
- Minimum of 2-4 years work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
