The position combines user experience design, product strategy, workflow transformation, and AI innovation. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in enterprise applications and a passion for creating intuitive experiences that enable users to effectively leverage AI technologies.What You'll Tackle:
- Design AI-powered web and application experiences that improve usability and business outcomes.
- Create reusable UX patterns, design systems, workflow standards, and prompt guidance.
- Build scalable frameworks for AI product delivery from concept through enterprise deployment.
- Develop user journeys that span multiple systems, teams, and business functions.
- Partner with product, engineering, data, and business teams to identify and optimize AI opportunities.
- Define success metrics and adoption strategies for AI-enabled products.
- Design dashboards, reporting experiences, and operational workflows.
- Support usability testing, user research, and continuous product improvement.
- 6+ years of UX, Product Design, or Workflow Transformation experience.
- Experience designing AI-enabled products or intelligent workflow solutions.
- Expertise with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications and operational workflows.
- Experience creating scalable design systems and UX standards.
- Ability to design data-driven experiences involving dashboards, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong systems-thinking and journey-mapping capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Financial services experience.
- Banking, lending, compliance, or risk domain knowledge.
- AI governance or AI operating model experience.
- Prompt design experience.
- Enterprise transformation program exposure.
