Primary Skills: UX Research (Expert), Leadership (Expert), Human Factors (Advanced), Operational Management (Expert), Strategic Planning (Advanced), Client Engagement (Expert) Contract Type: W2/C2C only Duration: 12+ Months Contract (High possibility of extension) Location: Mountain View, CA (#LI-Onsite) Pay Range: 120K - 130K/Year#LPJob Summary:We are seeking a UXR Lead to head our Research Velocity and Quality Assurance to mitigate critical product cycle risks, including research delays, low-quality design, and misallocated resources. This position ensures maximized time-to-insight by leading comprehensive user research, managing project logistics, and fostering strong collaborative relationships within client. The role involves direct oversight of the research process, quality control, and strategic client engagement, serving as the single point of failure (and success) in advancing our product development with actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of user research, establishing quality control measures to ensure high-quality results.
- Apply human factors and UX/UI principles to evaluate and enhance the user experience of DSPG products.
- Own and optimize the research pipeline to prevent delays, controlling operational costs and ensuring timely research delivery.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration and process improvements to maximize research efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating product needs and enabling strategic research foresight.
- Expertise in user research methodologies and human factors.
- Strong experience in research design and operational facilitation.
- Strong operational and program management capabilities.
- Proven ability to build and manage client/stakeholder relationships.
- Prior experience in user experience research, particularly within the technology or digital product domain.
