- Participating in meetings

- Juggle multiple projects
- Juggle many meetings
- Work with other UX, UI and Content designers as well as PMs, Devs, and QA
- Use and elevate the Design system
- Work in Figma
- Present to stakeholders
- Calm under deadlines
- Track your work and deadlines
Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):
- Agile Experience – 2 Years minimum
- Figma skills
- Designing for mobile apps
- Self starter
- Only experience in UX, only experience in web responsive design
- Bachelor's degree
- Figma, Jira, Microsoft suite
Preferred Skills (nice to have):
- Case Management Experience – 3 years
- Organized and empathetic
- Presentation skills and PowerPoint
- Able to quickly iterate, AI experience, team player
