The ideal candidate will create visionary customer experiences and translate complex telemetry data into user-friendly interfaces. This role involves close partnerships with Design Technologists and Engineers to ensure design integrity and effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive end-to-end UX design strategies for specialized internal tools.
- Craft and maintain a visionary approach to customer experiences, influencing cross-functional teams.
- Execute high-quality visual designs across interaction, visual, and motion design subdomains.
- Convert complex telemetry data into clear, functional interfaces providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design Technology teams to resolve technical constraints and maintain UI integrity.
- Advanced skills in Figma and related design prototyping tools.
- Expert level in user-centered design principles.
- Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects efficiently.
- Proven experience in the video or streaming sectors (e.g., Netflix, Twitch) or media asset management is highly preferred.
