Job Description
Job Title: Verification & Validation (V&V) Test Technician – Temp to PermLocation: Manchester, NHSalary: $22/hr (1st Shift)Hours: 1st ShiftDuration: 6 months Temporary to Permanent
Position Summary and Special Duties:As a V&V Test Technician, your day-to-day duties will consist of, but may not be limited to:
- Execute detailed test procedures according to written instructions.
- Work closely within a testing team of 5 or more, including Test Managers, Shift Leads, Engineers, and fellow Technicians.
- Accurately document and report test results for regulatory and manufacturing validation.
- Identify and escalate anomalies during testing.
- Assist engineering teams with troubleshooting and offer feedback to improve testing procedures.
- Ensure all documentation complies with FDA standards for medical devices.
Job Specifications:
- Education or formal training in a technical field (Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, Vocational Education, etc.).
- At least 1 year of experience in a Design QA or Manufacturing QA testing role (medical device experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience using test equipment such as data loggers, scales, and pressure gauges.
- Familiarity with executing test procedures created by others.
- Strong computer skills, including:
- Working with spreadsheets
- Running custom software tools
- Executing command-line instructions
- Must be able to lift 25–30 lbs when necessary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
