Grace Federal Solutions is seeking a dependable Van Services Driver to support a demand-response transportation program serving students, employees, patients, and visitors. This role is critical to ensuring safe, timely, and respectful transportation within a dynamic healthcare and campus environment.

What You’ll Do

Safely operate passenger vans in a demand-response environment
Transport students, staff, patients, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Communicate regularly with dispatch using radio and tablet systems
Follow assigned routes and adapt to changing service needs
Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Complete daily reports and incident documentation accurately
Assist passengers as needed while maintaining safety standards
Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year experience operating vans, public transit vehicles, or heavy trucks
Valid North Carolina Class B CDL with:
- Passenger endorsement
- Air brake endorsement
Valid DOT medical card
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams)
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Professional demeanor and consistent attendance

All candidates must pass background screening, drug testing, and meet the physical requirements of the role.
