Job Summary

ProMedica Physicians Jobst Vascular is seeking a Vascular Surgeon to join a high-volume, comprehensive vascular institute model with primary clinical responsibilities at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, Ohio. This position is fully supported by the nationally recognized Jobst Vascular Institute, offering access to advanced clinical resources, multidisciplinary expertise, research infrastructure, and academic opportunities.

Practice Location

Fisher-Titus Medical Center is a 99-bed acute care hospital serving Norwalk, Huron County, and surrounding communities in north central Ohio. The medical center provides a full continuum of care including emergency services, advanced diagnostics, surgery, inpatient and outpatient services, and rehabilitation.

Fisher-Titus features state-of-the-art, newly constructed angiography suites, enabling advanced endovascular and hybrid vascular procedures. The hospital is further supported by an integrated podiatry and comprehensive wound care center, facilitating multidisciplinary limb preservation and chronic wound management. With over 200 active medical staff across numerous specialties, Fisher-Titus serves a regional population exceeding 70,000.

Position Overview

The recruited vascular surgeon will be based at Fisher-Titus Medical Center, delivering comprehensive vascular care to the local community. The physician will be fully integrated into the Jobst Vascular Institute faculty, ensuring alignment with nationally recognized quality standards, multidisciplinary care pathways, and evidence-based protocols. This structure allows for community-based practice with the full clinical, academic, and operational support of a premier vascular institute.

About Jobst Vascular Institute

The Jobst Vascular Institute, located on the campus of ProMedica Toledo Hospital—the region’s largest acute care facility—is a nationally recognized center of excellence in vascular care. The institute’s multidisciplinary model includes:

  • Vascular medicine specialists and vascular surgeons
  • Benign hematology/thrombophilia expertise
  • Plastic surgery, podiatry, wound care specialists, and advanced practice providers

Requirements

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
