Overview

Redlands Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an energetic and outgoing Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of our used vehicle inventory. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on talking to people, building relationships, and creating opportunities.

In this position, you will communicate with customers interested in selling their vehicles through phone, email, and text. Your primary goal is to schedule appraisal appointments at the dealership and present purchase offers. You’ll serve as a key driver in acquiring quality vehicles for our inventory, while working in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Reach out to potential sellers via phone, email, and text
Schedule appraisal appointments at the dealership
Present purchase offers to sellers
Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details
Work collaboratively with the dealership acquisition and sales teams
Demonstrate strong professionalism and customer-service etiquette
Excel in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

A valid Driver’s License
